Banka, A tragic road accident took place at Maharana Chowk under Bausi police station area of Banka district of Bihar, in which a tea shopkeeper died on the spot. The high speed Scorpio first hit a scooty and then went out of control and entered a tea shop on the roadside. Shopkeeper Mohammad Mubarak was seriously injured in this accident. When taken to the hospital by the family, the doctors declared him dead.

Scooter rider also injured
The incident took place on Monday near the tea shop of Mohammad Mubarak, resident of Upper Tola Chihar on Bausi-Hansdiha main road. According to eyewitnesses, the speed of the Scorpio was so high that after hitting the scooty, it entered the shop, due to which Mubarak got severely injured and the scooty was also badly damaged. The scooty rider has also been injured in the accident.

Expressed anger by blocking the road demanding compensation
After the incident, there was chaos in the area. Mohammad Mubarak was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead. As soon as the news of death was received, the family and local people got angry and placed the body at Maharana Chowk and blocked the road demanding compensation. Due to this, long queues of vehicles were formed on both sides of the road and passengers were troubled for hours.

What did the police say?
As soon as the information was received, Bausi Inspector Rajratan, Police Station Head Sudhir Kumar and Barahat Police reached the spot with force and controlled the situation by convincing the people. This jam which lasted for more than an hour could be removed with the initiative of the police. Bausi Police Station Head Sudhir Kumar said that the body has been sent for post-mortem and the Scorpio driver has been arrested. Further legal action is being taken in the matter.
