Prashant Kishore targets Bihar minister Ashok Choudhary over ₹200 Cr assets, land claims, 5% commissions, and Vaibhav Vikas Trust property deals.

Patna, Jan Suraj Party founder Prashant Kishore (PK) launched a major attack on Bihar government minister Ashok Choudhary during a press conference. He stated, "We stand by what we have said about Ashok Choudhary's assets. He has acquired assets worth 200 crores." PK said that Ashok Choudhary had said on camera that if he owned even a single kattha of land, he would serve as a slave to Jan Suraj. PK claimed that land documents had been issued to him, and urged him to resign if he owned land and be prepared to serve the people of Bihar.
Threatening legal action
He announced that he would approach the Governor and the court regarding this matter and demand action against him. PK revealed that Ashok Choudhary had sent him a defamation notice of 100 crore rupees, but is now backing down from legal action. PK demanded that Choudhary withdraw the legal notice within five days, failing which he will face legal action. He will expose more illegal assets worth ₹500 crore. He also stated that if Chaudhary does not apologize within 7 days for serving a false notice, he will expose more assets worth ₹500 crore.
"5% commission taken on contracts"
PK alleged that Chaudhary took a 5% commission on contracts worth more than ₹20,000. He threatened to expose those who paid the commission if he did not apologize. PK also questioned the Vaibhav Vikas Trust, claiming that the trust had purchased properties worth more than ₹100 crore in the past year following the engagement of Ashok Chaudhary's daughter. He demanded that trust members, including Jiya Lal Arya, Anita Kunal (Kishore Kunal's wife), and the Chief Secretary's mother-in-law, appear before the press and explain where the money for the purchase of properties worth more than ₹100 crore came from.
