Bihar is in for a treat ahead of Diwali and Chhath, 7 new trains, including three Amrit Bharat trains, are being gifted

Patna: Bihar received seven new trains today ahead of Diwali and Chhath. These include three Amrit Bharat trains and four passenger trains. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav and Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary flagged off the trains.

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary posted on Instagram, saying, "Bihar's rail connectivity has expanded significantly. Today, the people of Bihar have received the gift of seven new trains, including three Amrit Bharat trains and four passenger trains. The operation of these new trains will provide easy, fast, and convenient travel for the people of the state."

He said, "While the railway budget in Bihar used to be only Rs 1,000 crore, today under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it has increased to Rs 10,000 crore. PM Modi has presented a comprehensive and visionary approach for the overall development of the state, which will benefit the people of the state."
