Painful accident in Patna, 8 killed in collision between Hiva and auto; 4 in critical condition

Patna, A horrific road accident took place in Patna, the capital of Bihar, on Saturday morning. 8 people died tragically in a collision between an auto and a Hiva truck. Four people were also injured in the accident. Many women are also among the dead. The injured are being treated in the hospital while the bodies of the deceased have been taken into custody by the police. The accident vehicle has also been seized, while the driver fled with the truck. The incident took place in Patna City. The police of Daniyawan police station reached the spot and investigated. The collision was so strong that the auto was shattered into pieces. The victims of the accident are said to be residents of Nalanda district.

According to media reports, 7 women are among those who died in the accident. An auto collided with a truck near Sigariyawa station on Daniyawan Hilsa State Highway 4 in Shahjahanpur. All the injured were sent to PMCH in Patna for treatment. These people are residents of Rera Malama village in Nalanda. They had come to Patna in an auto. According to the information, they had to take a bath in the Ganga and for this they were going to Fatuha.

After the accident, there was chaos at the spot. The police have taken the bodies in their custody and sent them for post-mortem. The accident is being investigated. After the incident, the driver fled with the truck. The police is identifying and searching with the help of CCTV.

On hearing the sound of the collision, people from the vicinity gathered at the spot and helped the injured. It is being told that seven people died on the spot while one injured died during treatment. The death toll may increase.
