Congress formed screening committee, Command handed over to Ajay Maken

Congress has accelerated preparations for Bihar assembly elections. The party's activism is continuously visible in the state, and in this sequence a screening committee has been formed for candidate selection and seat sharing. Congress has also appointed three members in this committee. These include Praniti Shinde, Imran Pratapgarhi and Kunal Chaudhary as members. Sharing this information on Twitter, Congress said, "National President Mallikarjun Kharge has constituted a screening committee with immediate effect in view of the Bihar assembly elections." Several ex-officio members have also been included in this committee, including the names of State Congress President Rajesh Ram, Bihar Congress in-charge Krishna Allavaru, former President Madan Mohan Jha, Leader of Legislative Party Shakeel Ahmed Khan, Devendra Yadav, Shahnawaz Alam and Sushil Kumar Pasi.

Congress's strong step under strategy

The screening committee will take the responsibility of scrutiny and selection of Congress candidates in Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. Along with this, this committee will also take the final decision regarding seat sharing.
