Deoband police station in-charge Narendra Kumar Sharma said that due to the strictness of the police, accused are being forced to surrender. Prashant, accused in the Dharampur Gurjar firing incident, came to the police station today with his family and surrendered before him and SI Ajab Singh. The fear of the police was clearly visible on the accused's face during the surrender.
A police team has accompanied the accused to the location where the gun was used and will be recovered soon. The accused says that he was afraid of an encounter with the Deoband police, so he reached the police station and surrendered himself. The accused's surrender demonstrates how strict the police administration in Deoband is against criminals.

District police officials and Deoband Kotwali in-charge Narendra Kumar Sharma say that criminals will not be spared under any circumstances, and those who attempt to take the law into their own hands will face serious consequences.
