Saharanpur's new SSP Abhinandan Singh assumes charge

Saharanpur, the new SSP of the district, Abhinandan Singh, an IPS officer of the 2014 batch, arrived in Saharanpur and took charge after visiting Goddess Shakumbhari. Upon assuming charge, SSP Abhinandan Singh stated that the drug trade will be cracked down on, women's safety will be the focus, and criminals will be broken. SSP Abhinandan Singh is originally from Bihar. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. After completing engineering, he prepared for the civil services and became an IPS officer in 2014. His father is a professor in Saharsa district, Bihar. SSP Abhinandan Singh stated that policing in Saharanpur district will be conducted in accordance with the priorities set by the government and the Director General of Police. He stated that crime control is his priority. He said that his main aim would be to strengthen law and order in the district, establish effective control over crimes and provide speedy justice to the public.
