Bihar wins two gold medals in the air rifle competition in Nalanda, Two silver medals and four bronze medals

Harnaut (Nalanda) - The 10-meter air rifle competition concluded on Tuesday at the Kalyan Bigha Indoor Shooting Range in Harnaut, the ninth East Zone five-day shooting championship.

Bihar athletes performed brilliantly in the rifle shooting competition, bringing honor to the state by winning two gold, two silver, and four bronze medals.
Air pistol matches will begin tomorrow, Thursday, with approximately 250 athletes participating. These athletes will arrive at the shooting range by Wednesday evening.

At the rifle shooting competition closing ceremony, the organizing committee announced that other events will be held in the coming days, offering even more exciting competitions.
Winners were honored at the rifle shooting match closing ceremony. The chief guests at the ceremony included NRAI Vice President and West Bengal Rifle Association President VK Dhal, Shivhar MLA Chetan Anand, BSRA Vice President Gaya Prasad, and Secretary Kumar Tripurari Singh. The program was conducted by shooting range instructor Kaushal Naugaria.
A total of 249 shooters from six states, including Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh, participated in the competition. Target Technical Officer Ashok Kumar and Result Timer (RTS) Prem Raj from Delhi, Range Officer Madhur Agarwal from Jharkhand, and Pinky Paswan from West Bengal were invited.
