Amrit Bharat Express will run from Gaya to Delhi on 22 August, PM Modi will inaugurate
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Amrit Bharat Express from Gaya Junction to Delhi on 22 August. The train will run via Sasaram, DDU, Prayagraj, Kanpur and Ghaziabad. Regular service starts from 28 August, operating twice a week with 22 coaches including sleeper, general, pantry and SLR coaches, providing major convenience to passengers of Gaya and nearby regions.

Patna, as a big gift for the railway passengers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Amrit Bharat Express train from Gaya Junction to Delhi on 22 August. This train will reach Delhi via Sasaram, DDU, Subedarganj (Prayagraj), Govindpuri (Kanpur) and Ghaziabad.
On the day of inauguration, train number 03621 Gaya-Delhi Amrit Bharat Inauguration Special will leave from Gaya Junction at 10:50 am on 22 August and will reach Delhi at 4:30 am on 23 August. During this time it will stop at Anugrah Narayan Road, Dehri on Son, Sasaram, Bhabua Road, DDU, Subedarganj, Govindpuri, Tundla and Ghaziabad stations.
Regular operations will start from August 28. Train number 13697/13698 Gaya-Delhi-Amrit Bharat Express will run two days a week. It will depart from Gaya every Sunday and Thursday at 16:30 and reach Delhi the next day at 12 noon. From Delhi, it will depart on Monday and Friday at 2 pm and reach Gaya the next day at 8:55 am.
The train will have a total of 22 coaches, including eight sleeper class coaches, 11 general class coaches, one pantry car coach and two SLR coaches. Railway administration says that this train will provide a lot of convenience to passengers of Gaya and nearby areas in commuting to Delhi.
