Two drug smugglers arrested in Deoband, 32 grams of smack recovered
Saharanpur Deoband police under Operation Savera achieved major success against drug smuggling. Under the leadership of Kotwali in-charge Narendra Kumar Sharma, two accused were arrested near Ambehta Tiraha with 32 grams of smack. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act.

Saharanpur | Deoband, Under Operation Savera, the Deoband police team is continuously taking action against drug smugglers under the able leadership of Deoband Kotwali in-charge Narendra Kumar Sharma. In this episode, the Deoband police team under the leadership of Deoband Kotwali in-charge Narendra Kumar Sharma has achieved a major success against drug smuggling and arrested two accused with 32 grams of smack. During checking near Ambehta Tiraha, the police arrested Mohammad Akbar alias Shahanshah son of Nazari Ahmed resident of Mohalla Qureshi, Chhatri Wala Bagh, Thana Kotwali Nagar District Amroha and Anas son of Naseem alias Kooda resident of Mohalla Pathanpura, Deoband with 32 grams of smack.
Deoband Kotwali in-charge Narendra Kumar Sharma said that a case has been registered against the accused under the relevant sections of the NDPS Act and they are being produced before the court. The police team that arrested the accused included Sub Inspector Vimal Saini, Rakesh Panwar, Amit Nagar, Upendra Rana, Head Constable Kamlesh Yadav, Ravi Tomar and Constable Tarun Kumar and Gaurav Dangi.
