Health camp organized in Mandsaur as part of intensive TB campaign, Checks conducted in villages Prempuria and Dhawad Bujurg

Mandsaur, Under the guidance of Collector Mrs. Aditi Garg and in the presence of Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. G.S. Chauhan and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Gaurav Sijaria, DPC District Coordinator Satish Sharma, the TB-free chariot toured villages Prempuria and Dhawad Bujurg, Block Sandhara Patari area, Mandsaur district, Madhya Pradesh. The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Hardik Patidar and Dr. Saurabh Bhana. Doctors examined and treated all the people and women. Health Department Director Jagdish Khichi advised the villagers that shortness of breath while walking, persistent cough, loss of appetite, weight loss, sweating while sleeping at night, fever at night, weakness, and weight loss could be symptoms of TB. Nikshay has also brought an X-ray machine with the vehicle.
All patients with BP and diabetes should get an X-ray done. If an infection is detected, our doctor will see them. To get treatment for TB, one must complete the 6 months course. Jagdish Khinchi of Health Department Mandsaur explained to all the villagers that it is very important to be aware about their health, obesity is the root of every disease, one must get himself checked from time to time. All types of check-ups were done in the camp and X-rays of all were done. Respected citizens of the village were present. From the side of Health Department, Supervisor Zakir Mansuri, MPW Chetan Das, CHO TB Unit Bhanpura Devand Tiwari, X-ray technician ANM Asha worker etc. were present.
