Passengers allege that the company harassed them by lying. Neither hotel was arranged, nor any transport was provided. A female passenger said that she has come from Ragholi village of Madhubani district. She has been at the airport since morning. After waiting for 8-10 hours, the flight was cancelled. No crew member or air hostess was seen. They managed by just giving noodles. The airport is far from the city. There is no security arrangement either. Women passengers are being asked to stay overnight at the airport. There is also talk of kicking them out. The behavior of the company staff is also not good. People allege that there is no senior officer present there to talk to them or listen to their complaints. They have been at the airport without eating since 9 am. When asked to arrange a room in the hotel, the staff said that where will they get the money from. Tried to book a hotel online, but there is no hotel available in Darbhanga.

An old patient told that he was going to Delhi for treatment. He has come from Benipatti of Madhubani district. He had an appointment in a hospital in Delhi, but due to the flight being cancelled, he could not go to Delhi. He said that this is the arbitrariness of SpiceJet.
