MACT Software Launched by the Supreme Court, All Courts in the State Connected via Video Conferencing
Supreme Court launched MACT software under NALSA to speed up motor accident claim cases. Shajapur District Court officers joined via video conferencing.

Shajapur, Under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), New Delhi, the MACT (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal) software was launched on Sunday at the Supreme Court of India. Justice Surya Kant, Judge of the Supreme Court and Chairman of NALSA, inaugurated the software. The Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court and other judges were also present at the event. In accordance with instructions received from the High Court, Jabalpur, the Chief District Judges and their subordinate judicial officers of all the District and Sessions Courts in the state were instructed to be present at their respective district headquarters and join the program via video conferencing at 11 a.m. In compliance with these instructions, all judicial officers of the District Court of Shajapur and the Tehsil Court of Shujalpur participated in the program via video conferencing on Sunday in the presence of Principal District and Sessions Judge Anand Kumar Tiwari at the district headquarters in Shajapur. The message conveyed during the program was that the MACT software is a significant step toward modernizing the judiciary. It will accelerate the process of quick, transparent, and effective disposal of motor accident claim cases. This technological initiative will not only ensure speedy justice for aggrieved parties but will also enhance efficiency and transparency in judicial proceedings.
