Actually, the RJD MLA from Maner assembly constituency of Patna district had asked a local Panchayat Secretary of his constituency about the status of the death certificate of the husband of a woman named Rinki Devi. But the secretary refused to acknowledge him, after which a heated argument broke out between the two. During this, the MLA threatened to hit the secretary with a shoe.
