Kidnapper sent to jail. Incident details:- On 29/07/2025, the complainant came to the police station and filed a report that an unknown person has lured and kidnapped my minor girl, on the basis of which crime number 230/25 section 137 (2) BNS was registered in Bijuri police station and investigation was taken up. During the investigation, Mr. Superintendent of Police Anuppur Mr. Moti Ur Rahman ji has been ordered to recover as many missing boys/girls as possible, in compliance with which Additional Superintendent of Police Anuppur Mr. Mohd. Israr Mansuri and S.D.O.P. Under the guidance of Kotma Mrs. Aarti Shakya, Bijuri Police recovered the above minor girl from Amalai on 19/08/2025 and handed her over to her parents. The recovered minor girl told that her neighbor Durgesh Kol, father late Dashrath Kol, age 22 years, resident of Galaiya Tola Bijuri, had called the minor girl to Jammu by talking on mobile phone to marry her and stayed with her for about a month. On the statement of the kidnapped girl and the statement of the mother of the kidnapped girl, it was found that Durgesh Kol, the guardian, had called the minor girl without the consent of the mother, by talking to her about marrying her. In this case, Section 87 BNS was added and the accused was arrested and presented in the honorable court.
