BJP government defrauding Ladli Behna: Santosh Kansana, Promised 3,000, but being paid 1,250

Shajapur. Congress General Secretary and Organization Creation Campaign in-charge Santosh Kansana arrived in Shajapur on Saturday for a consultation at the district headquarters for the District Women's Congress President. She held discussions with women and targeted the BJP government.

Mrs. Kansana stated that the state government is exploiting women under the Ladli Behna Yojana. The BJP government promised 3,000 rupees to women, but is only paying 1,250 rupees. She also mentioned youth unemployment, lack of timely recruitment, and the rise in crimes against women. The General Secretary told the women that the Congress Party is continuously protesting against these issues. She explained that efforts are underway to strengthen the Congress Party and connect women with the party in the future. On this occasion, State General Secretary Ramveer Singh Sikarwar, District Congress President Nareshwar Pratap Singh, Kisan Congress District President Kailash Matoliya, Councilor Geeta Bai, Women Congress District President Shakuntala Chauhan, former Women Congress District President Smita Solanki, Ramkanya Bai, Sanjeev Trivedi, Manorama Chavda, Pushpa Kundan, and a large number of Congress officials and workers were present.

During this period, several women presented their candidacies for the position of District Women Congress President and submitted applications, highlighting their experience and work for the party.
