ATS carried out a big operation in Gujarat, 4 Al-Qaeda terrorists plotting against India arrested

Gujarat ATS exposed a major Al-Qaeda module under Operation Sindoor and arrested 4 terrorists from Gujarat, Delhi, and Noida. A Babbar Khalsa suspect was also arrested from Indore. The accused were planning a major terror attack in India at the behest of handlers in Pakistan.

ATS has carried out a big operation by exposing a dangerous conspiracy against India. On Wednesday, the Anti-Terrorism Squad arrested four Al-Qaeda terrorists from Gujarat, who were plotting a big conspiracy against India at the behest of their rulers living in Pakistan. After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, India's security agencies have been conducting operations against those plotting against India. Under Operation Sindoor, ATS exposed a big Al-Qaeda module operating from Gujarat, in which 4 terrorists were also arrested.

Arrests were also made from Delhi-Noida

Out of the four terrorists, two have been arrested from Gujarat, one from Delhi and one from Noida (UP). The age of the terrorists is said to be between 20 and 25 years. Gujarat ATS has arrested four people associated with terrorist organization Al-Qaeda in Indian Subcontinent (AQIA) in a major anti-terrorism operation in Ahmedabad. The STS team is interrogating the four terrorists and the investigation into the case is ongoing.

Identification of terrorists
The terrorists have been identified as Mohammad Faiq son of Mohammad Rizwan resident of Faraskhana, Delhi, Mohammad Fardeen son of Mohammad Rais resident of Fatehwadi, Ahmedabad, Saifullah Qureshi son of Mohammad Rafiq resident of Bhoiwada, Modasa and Zeeshan Ali son of Asif Ali resident of Noida Sector 63, Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, the Special Cell of Delhi Police on Wednesday arrested a suspect associated with Babbar Khalsa International, who was identified as Akashdeep. Delhi Police made this arrest from Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

An accused from Punjab also involved
22-year-old Akashdeep is a resident of Amritsar. It is alleged that Akashdeep had provided logistical help to the attackers during the grenade attack in Batala, Punjab. He is also accused of smuggling weapons. According to the Special Cell, Akashdeep was in contact with terrorists associated with Babbar Khalsa International through social media.
