Ram Janam Yadav is a 2020 batch PCS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is originally from Siddharthnagar district and holds an M.Sc (Mathematics) degree. Before and after joining the administrative service, he has held important responsibilities in various districts.
Ram Janam Yadav received his first posting as an SDM in Pratapgarh in June 2021 after his promotion. Before this, he had served as Naib Tehsildar in Basti and Ghaziabad and as Tehsildar in Ayodhya. After his first PCS posting in Pratapgarh, he served as SDM in Chitrakoot for about three years, where he handled several important administrative and revenue-related tasks. The Alankar Agnihotri Case
It is worth noting that Alankar Agnihotri had resigned from his post, angered by the new UGC rules and the alleged insult to Shankaracharya. However, the government rejected his resignation and ordered an inquiry against him, subsequently suspending him.
