Ranganath Nagar police said that the name of the injured youth in this viral video is Atul Tiwari who was drunk and as per the information given by the nearby residents, the injured youth named Atul Tiwari was talking about leveling some land in an inebriated state and suddenly the dispute with the JCB driver escalated and Atul started throwing stones at the JCB driver and in no time the JCB driver crushed the youth with the claw of the JCB and fled from the spot. The Ranganath police station in-charge also said that on the basis of the statement of the injured Atul, a case has been registered and the JCB driver and the JCB are being searched for.
