Venkatnagar, In Venkatnagar, on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Moti Ur Rehman, continuous action is being taken against illegal activities. Under this, Venkatnagar police post received information from an informer that two people are planning to sell or take ganja near village Munda Tiraha. On the information of the informer, Venkatnagar police post in-charge Amarlal Yadav reached Munda Tiraha with his staff and surrounded the area and caught two people. The arrested people were found to have illegal narcotic substance ganja tied in packets in a sack. Its total weight was found to be 10 kg 5 hundred 70 grams. The arrested accused told their names as Narendra Singh Lodhi father Santosh Lodhi age 28 years resident of village Ghotaria police station Gasabad district Damoh MP and Halle alias Tek Singh father Pratap Singh age 32 years resident of Kuakheda police station Hata district Damoh MP. Police has taken action against both the accused under 8/20 NDPS.
