The incident is from Jayasoli village of Kateya police station area, where anti-social elements once again vandalized a religious place. After the incident, the villagers are angry. At the same time, Hathua SDM and SDPO have reached the spot and investigated. At present, the situation is normal. But, the technical team of the police has also reached and is engaged in identifying the anti-social elements on the basis of mobile tower location.

It is said that the villagers returned home after worshiping at the religious place located in Jayasoli village of the police station area on Tuesday evening. Late night, anti-social elements entered here and damaged the idol. At the same time, other idols were broken and the silver idol was taken to the havan kund and burned with wood. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the villagers reached the religious place. The villagers have immediately identified the anti-social elements who hurt religious faith and demanded their immediate arrest.
Vandalism was done earlier too

It is said that even before this, on 12 July 2021, the statue was vandalized at this religious place in Jayasoli village, for which an FIR was also lodged in Kateya police station under case number 251/2021. The police registered the FIR, but could not take any action in this matter. People said that this boosted the morale of the anti-social elements and they again carried out the same kind of incident at this religious place. Anger is visible among the villagers regarding the incident.

At the same time, DM Prashant Kumar CH and SP Awadhesh Dixit have taken it seriously. The DM said that an FIR has been registered against unknown persons for vandalism at the religious place. Action is being taken to identify the culprits. The culprits will be arrested soon.
