Katni, Pardhi community of Katni district who are found involved in criminal activities and live in a different world of their own. There are hundreds of Pardhi families in Katni district who reside in Hardua village of the district and live a nomadic life, and their children are deprived of education. Police administration and district administration have been taking a unique initiative for several months to bring their children into the mainstream through education. And to provide education to the children of Pardhi community settled in Hardua village of Katni district, a big meeting was organized by the district administration and police administration in which hundreds of people of Pardhi community reached and more than a dozen children of their community also took admission in the village school and the district administration has listened to their problems and talked about resolving them.

Katni District Collector Avi Prasad and Katni SP Abhijit Ranjan gave priority to educating the children of Pardhi community and also got about a dozen children admitted in the school located in Hardua village of Katni district and requested their parents to send their children to school daily. Smiles were also clearly seen on the faces of the people of Pardhi community. Despite all the problems, the police and district administration of the district have connected the children of Pardhi community with the light of education. At present, hundreds of children of Pardhi community live in one place with their parents in the district, but all of them were deprived of education due to their social problems and employment. Many children keep wandering with their parents from one city to another in search of work. Due to which they were deprived of education. Katni Collector Avi Prasad told that he along with Katni SP Abhijit Ranjan first went to meet the people of Pardhi community who had become residents of Hardua village of the district and asked them to stay away from criminal activities and also said that all of them must send their children to school for education where the people of Pardhi community told that they neither have their own land nor employment and neither do they have any documents so that their children can get admission in school. The district and police administration heard all these problems and assured to solve all the problems. After which a meeting of Pardhi community was held in the government school of Hardua where they were explained that they must send their children to school so that the future of their children will improve and the district administration will definitely solve all their problems one by one. Katni Collector has admitted more than a dozen children in the government school of Hardua and smiles were seen on the faces of people of the Pardhi community.
