Anuppur, 2 September 24, information was received from an informer that a blue coloured tractor of Swaraj Company without number plate is going from Karhiwah side to Samatpur with illegal sand loaded in its trolley. On the information of the informer, Assistant Sub Inspector Santosh Pandey and Constable Deepak Bundela and Constable Amit Yadav of Police Station Kotwali Anuppur took action and seized the blue coloured tractor of Swaraj Company with about three cubic meter of sand loaded in its trolley, tractor trolley worth Rs. 700000 and sand worth Rs. 5000, total worth Rs. 7,05,000

And the accused vehicle driver Kamlesh Singh father Girdhan Singh God age 23 years resident of Kholitola Parswar was arrested. The accused vehicle driver Kamlesh Singh and vehicle owner Chhatrapal Rathore father late Lilla Rathore resident of Ward no. A case number 395/24 under sections 303 (2), 317 (5) BNS 4/21 of the Mines and Minerals Act, 39/192, 3/181, 5/180, 130 (3)/177 of the Motor Vehicles Act has been registered against 6 Samatpur at the Anuppur Kotwali police station, and action is being taken.
