Shajapur, Collector Mr. Kishore Kumar Kanyal today inspected the temple premises to prepare an action plan in view of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan's acceptance of giving Rs. 4 crore to make Rajrajeshwari temple divine and grand.
Along with this, he also inspected the dome site in the temple premises to be constructed at a cost of Rs 45 lakh. During this he went around the temple and saw the possibilities of development. Former MLA Arun Bhimavad also discussed about the development in the temple premises. Sub-divisional officer Narendranath Pandey informed about the possibilities of development through the map of the temple. During this, Deputy Collector and Municipal In-charge CMO Mahendra Pratap Singh Kirar, Executive Engineer RES Shailendra Sharma, Tehsildar Madhu Nayak, Ashish Nagar, temple priests Ashok Nagar, Kiran Singh Thakur and members of the temple development committee were present.

Along with Kanhaiyalal of Shujalpur and a boy from Shajapur who had come from Canada to visit his wife in the temple premises, the Collector declared “Our Shajapur Swachh Shajapur”. All the officers and citizens present along with the collector also reiterated this announcement.
