Maihar, Village Employment Assistant / Panchayat Assistant Secretary Employees Union Maihar submitted a memorandum to SDM Maihar and District Panchayat Maihar CO. The matter is that a memorandum was submitted to SDM and District Panchayat Maihar CO regarding no action being taken even after filing an FIR in the murderous attack on the employment assistant of Village Panchayat Raigwan. Recently, on Friday, dated 13/09/2024, some people of the village attacked Dhaniram Kushwaha, the employment assistant of Village Panchayat Raigwa, during work. Due to which the life of the employment assistant could also be lost. Even after this, some people are obstructed in doing government work by the miscreants and also attack the government employee, but till date, the miscreants are roaming freely due to the open protection of the police administration. And again death threats are being given. This is not the first incident on the employment assistants, before this also Binaika Employment Assistant was beaten up. But no action has been taken against the culprits. All the works of the government are done by the employment assistant but the evaluation of the work is done only from MNREGA. Last month, the salary of two employment assistants from Maihar district has been stopped because they did not create a single man day under MNREGA in the last month.
If action is not taken against the culprits under the attack on the employment assistant of Gram Panchayat Raigwan, then the Gram Rozgar Sahayak of Janpad Panchayat Maihar will be on a complete pen down work stop strike from 19/09/2024, for which the government administration will be responsible. Among the people present on handing over the memorandum were Anirudh Pratap Singh, Gram Rozgar Sahayak Panchayat Assistant Secretary Employees Union Maihar President, Anjani Kumar Pandey Secretary Employees Union Maihar and all the office bearers of the union.
