The victim tribal Raja Ram Kol told that he has been living with his entire family in a house built on his land in village Kaudiya of Sleemanabad police station area for many years and for some days the village's strongman Shakti Singh along with some of his goons have been threatening to vacate the house and yesterday suddenly Shakti Singh and a person named Pandey arrived at his house with some goons and threatened the entire family at gunpoint and drove them out of the house and demolished their house completely and left. The victim tribal Raja Ram Kol also told that those people were trying to forcibly occupy his land so that he could not occupy it and his case was also going on in the High Court which he won but Shakti Singh along with some of his companions forcibly vacated the house at gunpoint and demolished the entire house, for which he also went to Sleemanabad police station to register a report but his report was not registered in the police station due to which he was forced to knock the door of SP sahab's office.
