Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, A unique case of Bhikangaon police station of Khargone district has come to light. The police, which does not shy away from showing off its pride in every matter, could not arrest the accused even after filing FIR with the same excuse of ill health. The accused is roaming fearlessly. On 11 April 2024, an FIR was lodged by the anonymous complainant against Monty Sable, resident of Bhikangaon, at Bhikangaon police station. Earlier, the complainant had given an application before the SDOP on 10 April 2024, in which the complainant I was told that I have been visiting the police station daily for 3 days but my report is not being written by the police. If any wrong step is taken by me then the entire responsibility for it will be on the police administration and Monty's family. After the action of SDOP Rakesh Arya ji, on April 11, the police registered a case under Section 376 and 376 (2) against the accused. He was taken up for investigation, but despite this, the police released the accused within 1 to 2 hours. Neither has anyone been arrested nor any action has been taken till now due to which the question arises that why is the Bhikangaon police station in-charge and the administration so kind to the accused.

According to the rules of Madhya Pradesh government, after the FIR is filed, the accused is arrested and presented in the court within 24 hours, but the police did not consider it necessary to do this, why do questions arise in this?

Complainant girl says

Even after registering the FIR, the accused was released by the police station in-charge. Today even after 15 days, he is not being arrested. Only I am being harassed. I got my medical done and even then I fully cooperated with the administration. Why are the police not arresting?
