According to the information received from the villagers who reached the public hearing, the Arazi Khasra No. 1690/1 area 0.1220 of Village Panchayat Kelhauri, which is government land, the residents of Ward No. 06 Mauhar Tola of Kelhauri come and go on the road of this land. This road is made from the ridge of the fields, the demand for making it a paved road has been raised for years. Children go to study in the school located in DE Colony through this very route. This route has been closed by Gopal Bharia and Raju Bharia by putting up a fence and the field has been ploughed, due to which traffic on this route has been stopped. When the residents of ward number 06 object to this, they start behaving indecently and even attack them.
Children's schooling has stopped. As per the information received, children of ward number 06 study in DE Colony and this is the only route to go to school, which has been closed by the bullies by occupying it. Parents are worried as the affected children are not going to school and are going to different places and demanding that the roads be opened so that there is no hindrance in the studies of the children. Applications were given for making the road a paved road. The residents of ward number 06 have been applying to all the officials for years to convert the road made from the boundary of the field into a paved road, but their pleas have never been heard. Due to the non-construction of a paved road, the bullies have closed the road by planting a fence of thorns. If the administration had adopted a strict attitude in time and understood the problems of the residents of the ward and got the road approved and given the gift of a paved road, then this situation would not have arisen today. Residents of ward number 06 of Gram Panchayat Kelhauri reached the public hearing demanding opening of the road and submitted an application to the collector and said that their legitimate demands would be fulfilled. Residents have demanded that the road which has been closed by the bullies be opened so that the movement of the residents of our ward can continue and the children do not face difficulty in going to school. And this road should be given the gift of a paved road.
