The 725th birth anniversary of Lord Shri Ramanandacharya Ji Maharaj was celebrated with great pomp in Shajapur. This event took place at Shri Neelkanth Mahadev Temple Garasiya Ghat, where people of the Vaishnav Bairagi community arrived in large numbers and performed lamp lighting, garlanding, and Maha Aarti. In which community members from the district as well as the surrounding districts also participated. Senior community members gave motivational speeches in the program, in which emphasis was laid on the education of children to bring the society into the mainstream and to marry children through mass marriages to save the society from wasteful expenditure. Also, there was talk of banning mrityu bhoj. In the event the chief guests and senior members of the society who came from Tarana and Rajgarh district were honored by the local seniors and women power by putting a saffron dupatta on them. The program was presided over by senior social worker Moti Das Bairagi along with him Neeraj Vaishnav, Pawan Das Bairagi, Ramesh Das Banwari Das Bairagi, Dharmendra Bairagi, Varun Das Bairagi, Bhagwan Das Bairagi, Mahendra Bairagi, Vishnu Das Bairagi were present, while the program was conducted by Bhagwan Das Bairagi.
