Deoband, the 133rd birth anniversary of Constitution maker Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was celebrated as Bhim Chetna. On this occasion, grand processions were also taken out in the main markets of the city with bands and beautiful tableaux. Under the aegis of Bhim Army Bharat Ekta Mission, the procession started from Talhedi Chungi of the city. The procession passed through Valmiki Basti, Hanuman Chowk, MBD Chowk, Subhash Chowk and concluded at Shiv Vihar Colony on Railway Road. The tableaux from the countryside also became the center of attraction for the people during the procession. The work of spreading the ideology of great men of Bahujan to the common people was done through tableaus. Founder Rajneesh Gautam Ed., Mandal President Ravikant Gautam, Narendra Lamba, Sumit, Sonu, Ashu Chandra, Lalit Karnawal, Ankush Kalra, Deepak Puri, Ayush, Akshay Gautam, Ankit Gautam and Saurabh etc. were present in the procession.
On the other hand, the procession was jointly inaugurated by Mahendra Jatav, Shubham and Dr. Pradeep under the aegis of Bhim Chetna Charitable Trust from Mohalla Ravidas Marg. During this time, crowds of people gathered on the streets to see the tableaux. The speakers threw light on the life of Baba Saheb and called for following his ideals and principles. During this time Amit Jatav, Shubham, Arvind, Umesh, Vicky and Aditya etc. were present.
