Damoh, To bring the examination results of the district to the forefront, all teachers should adopt the Sarthak app in the session 2024-2025, reach school on time and stay in school for the full time and do teaching work in all periods. The collector said this in a review meeting of the principals of all the development blocks of the district held in the meeting hall of the Government Excellence School. On this occasion, the poster was also released for the district level tourism quiz competition to be held on July 27.

The collector discussed in detail important issues like copy checking, monthly test, attendance of students, parent teacher meeting, inspection of schools, vocational education, security and repair of schools, innovation, and talked about honoring the teachers / principals doing good work. He said that when I was passing by Maili Primary School, there were some children standing outside the school, I stopped and talked to them and the children told me that the teachers teach us very well, that is why we come to school before the school opens. The teachers come on time and teach us well. When some questions were asked from the books of those children, all of them gave correct and accurate answers, which shows that the educational level of the children is very good. Collector Shri Kochar said that I was pleased to know all this. This incident is proof of the fact that if the teachers do their teaching work with dedication towards the children, then there will never be a problem of low attendance in schools and the exam results will be excellent.

In the meeting, Collector Shri Kochar talked to the principals and asked questions about their problems one by one. In the context of copy checking, he instructed that the principals have to check 25 percent of the copies checked by the teachers and it has to be seen whether the teacher has made any mistake in checking the copy checked by him. During their inspection, senior officers will also check the teaching work done by the teachers or the homework given to the students and the subject matter written by the students in the copy or register to see whether the teachers and principals are checking the copies regularly or not.
The collector said that the teaching should be regularized as per the time given in the school calendar and the course should be completed by the month of December so that the students can get the next 02 months for revision. To fill the shortage of teachers, he instructed the District Education Officer to remove the surplus teachers from the schools where there are more teachers and immediately shift them to the schools where there is a shortage of teachers. Regarding the Sarthak app, he again clarified that no one needs to panic because of this, the main purpose of the app is to teach with discipline. This is not for taking action against anyone.
