Patna, the anger of the students of the state is increasing against the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). The students are demanding the cancellation of the examination held on 13 December. However, the commission has rejected this demand outright. On Sunday, the police in the capital Patna also used water cannon and mild force on the protesting students. This step has further angered the students. Bihar bandh and chakka jam have been announced on Monday. Along with this, political parties have also started supporting this chakka jam.

CPIM supports students
CPIM has announced to support the chakka jam organized by students and youth on 30 December. MLA Sandeep Saurabh has written a letter to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in this matter and demanded re-examination. He has said that the entire examination should be cancelled and conducted again because the entire examination is a victim of irregularities and disturbances. CPI-ML state secretary Kunal has said that the government's repressive and stubborn attitude towards the ongoing agitation of BPSC candidates is condemnable. Our demand is that the government should seriously consider their demands and cancel the PT examination immediately. CPI-ML will support the Chakka Jam to be held on December 30.

What will remain closed?

There has been no official announcement from the students or political parties as to what will remain open and what will remain closed during the Bihar Bandh. However, during the bandh, other public transport services including rail can be affected in Bihar. Protesters can disrupt transport facilities like bus, railway on a large scale.

What will remain open during the bandh?

Emergency services like hospitals and ambulances will remain operational during the Bihar Bandh called on Monday. No order has come from the government yet regarding keeping bank offices and government offices closed. Therefore, it is believed that banks and government offices will remain open on Wednesday.

Tejashwi targets Prashant Kishor
On the other hand, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has supported the students in the whole matter. At the same time, he has made a big attack on Jansuraj Party leader Prashant Kishor in gestures. Tejashwi has alleged that some people want to hijack the movement. Tejashwi said- "Some people were talking about being at the forefront but when the beating was happening, they ran away."
