It is said that two days before the murder of the Zila Parishad, a meeting was held at Hanuman Dubey's house in Phulwari of Banjaria police station area. About 10 people had participated in it. Police has the names of 6 of them and the police is searching for the names of the other four. Hanuman Dubey, the killer Timan alias Niranjan Dubey, Lucky, Harishankar Paswan, Avinash alias Rajkumar, Ashok Yadav were present in the meeting held at Hanuman Dubey's place.
Ramesh Mahato, arrested in the murder case, has told the police that he had brought the liquor during the meeting held two days before the murder. Ramesh has also told that after the murder, he had taken Avinash alias Rajkumar, who was involved in the murder, to Kaleya in Nepal via Adapur border on the instructions of Hanuman Dubey. From where a youth named Guddu took Avinash with him to Birganj.

In such a situation, the police are left with two reasons for the murder. First, the no-confidence motion against the Zila Parishad President and second, the upcoming Narkatiya Assembly elections. Motihari SP Kantesh Mishra has said that the SIT is investigating all the points of the murder.
Murdered by shooting six days ago
Famous Zila Parishad councilor Suresh Yadav was murdered by shooting at Chandmari Chowk six days ago. Four killers arrived at the scene of the incident on two motorcycles. Avinash alias Rajkumar was on one motorcycle who was in the role of a liner a little distance away from the scene of the incident. There were three miscreants on the second motorcycle. Lucky was driving the motorcycle and Harishankar Paswan and Timon alias Niranjan Dubey boarded the motorcycle after committing the murder.
