Dhar, Dhar/Sardarpur police have seized a huge consignment of illicit liquor being smuggled to the state of Gujarat. Acting on Saturday morning, the police arrested a youth with illegal liquor worth lakhs of rupees from an Aishra vehicle. This huge consignment of illegal liquor was being taken to Gujarat via Sardarpur. The seized liquor is being told of the contractor. Liquor worth lakhs seized:

On Saturday morning, the Ringnod police received information from an informer that the driver of an Eicher vehicle carrying a large quantity of liquor was passing through the area. On the information of the informer, Sardarpur police station in-charge Pradeep Khanna and Ringnod outpost in-charge JC Ninama, while taking action, stopped and searched the Eicher MP 09 GF 8742 going in front of the high secondary school of Ringnod, inside which 715 cases of mount beer worth more than 22 lakhs were found illegal. Liquor was found. Police has arrested Alirajpur, resident of Eicher vehicle, Dilip's father Jagaria Bamnia. The police is questioning the accused regarding the transportation of the seized liquor.

Contractor consuming illegal liquor:

The liquor is manufactured by the contractor of the company. The group has taken licensee contracts in Sardarpur area, with these contracts the group consumes illegal liquor in the dry state of Gujarat as well as in the district. Earlier, the police department in Dhar district had seized large consignments of illegal beer Mt. from this contractor.

Illicit liquor was being sent to Droy State Gujarat :

Eicher driver Dilip father Jagaria, arrested in the police action, told the police during initial interrogation that Alirajpur, resident of Chattar father Ida, had told him that an Eicher vehicle full of liquor would be given to him on the bypass of Rajgarh, which he had to take to Gujarat. Chattar is a big blacker of Alirajpur area who takes illegal liquor from contractors and supplies it in Gujarat. The police have also made him an accused in the case.
