If there are no documents related to the said payment in the ERP portal, then action will be taken after impartial investigation.
This was the case
Saalik Rathore, the manager of the cooperative society Dhangawan, took advantage of the disaster during the Corona period by playing with the commission amount of PMGKY food grains. In the commission of food grains from April 2020 to August 2021, the manager has caused loss to the committee by putting the said amount on 31 July 2023 in the account of junior vendors allotted in April 2021 and distributing it. While the junior vendors were allotted shops in April 2021, then how were they given commission for food grains from April 2020 to August 2021.
Got charge after a fight between two assistant managers
In the year 2013-14, there was a tussle between two assistant managers of Dhangawan Samiti, Hiramani Dwivedi and Nathu Patel for the charge of the institution manager. In view of this, with the consent of the Board of Directors, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperatives authorized the seller Salik Rathore for managerial work. He has been working as the in-charge manager of Dhangawan Samiti till now.
Tulavati is not an employee of cooperative
When the information about the entire matter was taken from Deputy Commissioner of Cooperatives Anuppur Sunita Gotwal, she told that Tulavati is not an employee of the cooperative department. They are kept by the salesman at his own expense. After which, after becoming the manager in charge, Salik Rathore handed over the operation of the government shop Mahuda to his close relatives Dinesh Singh Rathore and the shop of Kainutar to Vijay Singh Rathore in the year 2017 and 2018, and the sales receipt and bill were signed by manager Salik Rathore himself. Along with this, the Deputy Commissioner of Cooperative Department Anuppur has been asked to investigate the mark sheets of class 10th and 12th in the recruitment process of close relatives of Dhangawan manager Salik Rathore.
Their names should be recorded in the cashbook like previous employees
According to information received from sources, if they have worked as weighman or any other employee in the institution before the year 2010 to 2019, then their name should be mentioned in all the records of the institution. Such as deposit receipt, bill voucher, salary bill registered and attendance registrar and their name should be recorded in the cash book of the salary paid to them like other employees like previous years, which is also necessary to be investigated. And after the completion of the financial year of the institution, the list of all the employees and the information about the salary received is recorded in the balance sheet of the institution, which is also being investigated.
Fake proposals were made in 2018 without recruitment
According to the information, after the term of the Board of Directors ended in the year 2018, administrator R.N. Soni got fake recruitment done in the year 2019, whereas in the year 2019, no recruitment of seller for fair price shop was done by the government. From the year 2019, payments were made in the name of wages through vouchers in the cash book, along with this, after the year 2019, payments were made by making employees of the committee Dhangawan and opening savings accounts in the district cooperative bank branch Jaithari and making them vendors. While Salik Rathore was a vendor at government shops Kyotaar and Kalyanpur in the year 2012-13 and became the in-charge manager of the committee Dhangawan in the year 2014. Dhangawan manager's troubles increased, deeds will be revealed
Fake documents were used to hide the corruption done by Dhangawan manager Salik Rathore, where, two days after the news broke, to hide the corruption and black deeds done in the commission of PMGKY, a meeting was held at the old retired salesman's place in Dhangawan and old vendors, including Pushpendra Soni, Ajay Pal Patel, Mahendra Kumar Gupta and relatives Vijay Singh and Dinesh Singh Rathore were called and fake payment vouchers were made on the old date 10 August 2023 and fake entries were made in the cash bull, where payments to old vendors have been shown by showing recovery from new junior vendors. In this game, the use of old missed (cutting book) receipt book has been brought, the truth of which will be revealed by checking the cash book of the same period. Not only this, the entry of the said cash book and the amount received and payment voucher can be seen on the ERP portal whether the said voucher entry is there or not. He says
The entire matter is being investigated, the connection of the said payment is being investigated in the ERP portal along with the bank.

He says
Tulavati are not employees of the Cooperative Department nor are they paid by the department. For this, the salesman himself hires Tulavati as a laborer at his own expense.
