Maihar, A meeting of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti was organized in Maihar Civil Hospital. In this meeting, Maihar MLA Shrikant Chaturvedi, Collector of Maihar District Rani Batra, District Panchayat President Ramkhelavan Kol, District Medical Officer Dr. LK Tiwari, Maihar SDM Vikas Singh, BMO Gyanesh Gautam, in-charge of Maihar Civil Hospital, Dr. VK Gautam, Dr. RN Pandey, JE of Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board, Project Officer of Women and Child Development, VC Tiwari, member of Rogi Kalyan Samiti, Jitendra Pandey, in addition to this, officials of the cement manager were present. In the meeting, Maihar MLA Shrikant Chaturvedi discussed many points related to the hospital's arrangements and while seriously discussing the matter of medical service of the hospital, he talked about the doctors being on duty and the people of Maihar assembly constituency getting proper treatment and free assistance for all the tests, on which many points came up. The matter of preparing a roster regarding the cleanliness system, security system and duty of doctors of the hospital came to the fore. Apart from this, the issue of FIR against those who misappropriated the donation money of crores of rupees received by the Rogi Kalyan Samiti during the Covid period was rising very fast. If seen, there were one and a half crore rupees in the account of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti. An amount of more than Rs. 10000 was credited to the account but the expenditure incurred on this has not been made available to the District Medical Officer till date and neither has any investigation been conducted on this matter till date. During the investigation on this matter, some points came to light on which it has been said that an FIR will be lodged against the accused soon. Presently, the new tender process has been given the green signal to run the parking and canteen system smoothly in Maihar Civil Hospital. The arrangement of borewell boring will be done soon to run the drinking water system in the civil hospital in a proper manner. Soon, doctors will also be deployed in Maihar Civil Hospital from the point of view of district medical, the preparations for which have also been completed. Maihar MLA has seriously discussed the arrangements of the civil hospital with Maihar Collector Rani Batra and District Medical Officer Dr. L K Tiwari, in which instructions have been given to everyone during the meeting. Maihar, today PICU ward was inaugurated in Maihar Civil Hospital. The inauguration was done by cutting the ribbon in the presence of Maihar MLA Shrikant Chaturvedi as the chief guest and Maihar District Collector Rani Batra and District Panchayat President Ramkhelavan Kaul. Premature babies have been ensured treatment in this ward. This unit has been inaugurated in the new building of Maihar Civil Hospital. Now children will be able to get high level treatment in Maihar Civil Hospital very easily. Children from zero to 14 years of age will be treated in this ward.
