Lalbarra, paddy crop worth lakhs of rupees kept in the field of farmer Shankar Nagpure in village Khongatola of Gram Panchayat Mohgaon (Dhapera) under the city headquarters is getting wasted, the applicant Shankar Nagpure is not being allowed to thresh the crop kept in the field by his cousins of the same village, the non-applicants are threatening to kill the applicant Shankar Nagpure if he threshes the crop. At the same time, the applicant Shankar Nagpure has complained about the above incident to Lalbarra Police on 19/12/2024.
In the complaint, it is written that on 19th December at 6 AM, applicant Shankar Nagpure was going to the non-applicant's field with a tractor thresher to thresh his paddy crop, then applicant's uncle Neelam Nagpure, Anil Nagpure, Sheela Nagpure, Hirkan Nagpure met him in the field and threatened to beat me and the tractor driver and did not let me take the tractor thresher from my field. For years, the only way to my field is from that place. I am not able to thresh the paddy stored in my field. My uncle and brother quarrel with me everyday about going to the field. The incident was witnessed by tractor driver Durga ji Basene, Chandrapal Basene, Tijesh Basene. On the complaint of the applicant, Lalbarra police has registered a case against the non-applicants under section 352. Now it remains to be seen whether applicant Shankar Nagpure will get justice from the police..? Will the applicant be able to harvest his paddy crop worth lakhs of rupees on time? The applicant's crop worth lakhs of rupees is getting wasted while being stored? Will the applicant be able to get a way to go to his farm in future?
