Nohta pole factory closed for more than a decade, factory occupied

Pole factory, which provided employment to people in Damoh, Jabera assembly, was started in 1978, this factory ran for 25 years and provided employment to people, but this factory was first on lease and was handed over to the electricity department and then closed and then started again. It did not happen. Local people were waiting for the factory to be operational and people will get employment opportunities. If it does not happen, then the situation is not visible. Where the factory is being encroached upon, the number of tonnes of iron kept inside the factory is increasing. There has been theft in which neither the electricity department is paying any attention nor the regional public representatives are taking any initiative towards restarting the factory. The condition is that due to lack of maintenance, the pole factory is a camp of anti-social elements. Safety Grill, Guarder Precious materials used in the construction of poles including rods, frames were stolen and what is left was also not taken care of. The pole factory situated on the outskirts of the city has become a den of anti-social elements. Surveillance Security While JE of Electricity Department has written a letter to Naib Tehsildar regarding removal of illegal encroachment, Naib Tehsildar Nohta has given his own arguments.
The pole factory is authorized by the forest department and the population inside. We don't have any record of that.
