Anuppur, Ama Dand open mine project is being operated in Jamuna Kotma area, all the work from production to coal transportation has been given by SECL to Gujarat's company Neelkanth, due to which the employees employed in the mine by Neelkanth Company for its profit are not paid as per the coal mine guidelines but are given less salary and if the employees protest, they are threatened of being fired from the job, sometimes they are even fired, due to the fear of being fired from the job, the employees are forced to bear this exploitation of Neelkanth Company, for the maintenance of their families, the employees are working in Neelkanth on fixed days by drinking a sip of blood. If the employee gathers courage and complains about this exploitation to the Sub-Area Manager or General Manager, then these people in responsible positions close their eyes and ears or it can be said that Neelkanth Company makes them close their eyes by threatening to stop the production, for how long will this game of exploitation by Neelkanth Company continue like this or will the administration intervene and stop this exploitation and take appropriate action against Neelkanth Company.
