Talking about the winning candidates, among the upper castes, the highest number of 6 candidates of Rajput caste have won the elections. Three Bhumihar and two Muslim candidates have also managed to win the elections. The number of Yadav candidates who won the elections is 7.

Two Yadav-Bhumihar and three Rajput candidates won from BJP

Radha Mohan Singh (Rajput) from East Champaran, Janardan Singh Sigriwal (Rajput) from Maharajganj, Rajiv Pratap Roodhi (Rajput) from Saran. Ashok Kumar Yadav (Yadav) from Madhubani, Nityanand Rai (Yadav) from Ujiarpur, Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal (Vaishya) from West Champaran, Pradeep Kumar Singh (extremely backward) from Araria, Raj Bhushan Chaudhary (extremely backward, Sahni) from Muzaffarpur, Giriraj Singh (Bhumihar) from Begusarai, Vivek Thakur (Bhumihar) from Nawada and Gopal ji Thakur (Brahmin) from Darbhanga have won the elections. In this way, three candidates of Rajput caste in BJP have succeeded in winning the elections, while two lost. Two Bhumihar candidates have also won the elections. Two Yadavs, one Vaishya, one Brahmin, one Kayastha and two candidates from extremely backward community have succeeded in winning the elections.

Whereas, from JDU quota, Sunil Kumar (Kushwaha) from Valmiki Nagar, Vijay Laxmi Devi (Kushwaha) from Siwan, Kaushalendra Kumar (Kurmi) from Nalanda, Rampreet Mandal (extremely backward) from Jhanjharpur, Dileshwar Kamat (extremely backward) from Supaul, Ajay Kumar Mandal (extremely backward) from Bhagalpur, Dinesh Chandra Yadav (Yadav) from Madhepura, Girdhari Yadav (Yadav) from Banka, Dr. Alok Kumar Suman (SC) from Gopalganj, Lovely Anand (Rajput) from Shivhar, Devesh Chandra Thakur (Brahmin) from Sitamarhi and Lallan Singh (Bhumihar) from Munger have won the elections. In this way, two Kushwaha, one Kurmi, three extremely backward, two Yadav, one Dalit, one Rajput, one Brahmin and one Bhumihar candidates have won the elections from JDU quota. From LJP (Ram Vilas), Chirag Paswan (Dalit) from Hajipur, Shambhavi (Dalit) from Samastipur, Arun Bharti (Dalit) from Jamui, Veena Singh (Rajput) from Vaishali and Rajesh Verma (Vaishya) from Khagaria. In this way, three Dalit, one Rajput and Vaishya candidates have succeeded in winning the elections. Jitan Ram Manjhi (Dalit) has won the election from Gaya seat on the ticket of Hindustani Awam Morcha.

Two Yadav and one Rajput and Kushwaha candidates from RJD

Talking about RJD, Misa Bharti (Yadav) from Patliputra, Surendra Prasad Yadav (Yadav) from Jehanabad, Sudhakar Singh (Rajput) from Buxar and Abhay Kumar Kushwaha (Kushwaha) from Aurangabad have won. Mohammad Javed from Kishanganj, Tariq Anwar from Katihar and Manoj Kumar (Dalit) from Sasaram reserved seat have won the elections. Rajaram Singh (Kushwaha) from Karakat and Sudama Prasad (OBC) from Ara have won the elections on the ticket of CPI (ML). On the other hand, independent candidate Pappu Yadav (Yadav) has managed to win the election from Purnia Lok Sabha seat.
