Damoh, MP Under the instructions given by the State Legal Services Authority Jabalpur, under the direction of Principal District Judge / Chairman District Legal Services Authority Anand Kumar Tiwari and under the guidance of District Judge / Secretary District Legal Services Authority Dharmesh Bhatt, National Lok Adalat is being organized in District Damoh, Tehsil Hata, Patharia and Tendukheda on Saturday, 14 September 2024, in which the cases of negotiable criminal, civil, cheque dishonour, vehicle accident compensation claim, matrimonial matters, electricity related cases pending in the courts will be resolved on the basis of mutual consent and compromise. Along with this, through National Lok Adalat, bank loan recovery, BSNL outstanding recovery and pre-litigation cases related to Nagar Palika will also be resolved. District Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority Dharmesh Bhatt informed that for successful organization of the said National Lok Adalat, the Principal District Judge has constituted a total of 22 benches by appointing 01 Judge/Presiding Officer and 01 Conciliator Member for District Headquarters Damoh and Tehsil Hata, Pathariya and Tendukheda, which will try to resolve the cases through reconciliation and counselling of the parties.

District Legal Aid Officer Rajneesh Chourasiya has requested all the parties to get the maximum number of cases resolved through National Lok Adalat and avail the benefits of discounts being given by the Electricity Department, Banks, BSNL.
