Shajapur, The National Lok Adalat will be organized on February 11 at Tehsil Headquarters Shujalpur, Agar, Susner, Nalkheda Tehsil Courts along with District Headquarters Shajapur.

National Lok Adalat is to be organized under the guidance of Principal District Judge and President Lalit Kishore, in which criminal compoundable cases, cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Act, bank recovery related cases, M.A.T. cases (motor accident compensation Claim case), matrimonial case, labor dispute case, land acquisition, electricity and water tax/bill related case (except theft case), all other types of amicable prelitigation (pre-litigation) and cases pending in courts will be resolved. In order to solve maximum number of cases, the Principal District Judge held a meeting with all the advocates of the District Advocates' Association, Shajapur. In this meeting, the Chief District Judge, while expecting the cooperation of all the advocates, motivated them to conduct settlement talks and settle the maximum number of cases. On this occasion, District Judge and Secretary Rajendra Deora also appealed for the cooperation of the advocates in the new year like last year. During the meeting, the advocates also assured to provide full cooperation in the National Lok Adalat. District Legal Aid Officer Farooq Ahmed Siddiqui, President of District Advocates Association Kamalkishore Srivastava, senior and junior advocates were present in the meeting.
