The unknown accused of diesel theft was arrested within 24 hours under the direction of Superintendent of Police Mr. Ashutosh Gupta and Additional Superintendent of Police Satna (Rural) Mr. Vikram Singh Kushwaha and under the guidance of SDOP Mr. Bhartendu Sharma and under the efficient leadership of Police Station Incharge Nagaud Ashok Pandey, the following action was taken: On 03/01/24, complainant Lallu Kushwaha, father Ramkishore Kushwaha, age 28 years, resident of Madla, District Panna, came to the police station and reported that on 31/12/2023, in his truck no. MP 19 HA 6505 had slept in the truck along with its conductor Suraj Kushwaha after it was parked empty in the petrol pump of Nagar Seth near Kallu Dhaba on Nagaud-Panna Road at around 11.00 pm. On the night of 01.01.2024, at around 02.50 pm, the driver of the truck standing in front of the truck shouted loudly, he got up, got down from his truck and saw that the lock of the diesel tank of the truck was broken. When I opened the lid of the diesel tank, I saw about 170 liters of diesel filled in it, which was not worth about Rs 17,000/-. At the same time, a white colored Bolero was seen passing near the petrol pump. It is suspected that the driver of this Bolero vehicle may have stolen the diesel. Has gone . On the report of the complainant, crime number 002/24 section 379 of Tahi was registered in Police Station Nagaud and with the initiative of the unknown accused and Bulloro, a quick team was sent to trace the address. During address search, information was received that a white colored Bulloro was keeping 02 jerry cans of diesel in its vehicle which was searching for a customer for sale. To verify the above information, we went to the spot and detained him for questioning. Said to confess the incident. Accused Ajay Prajapati, father Shri Sadashiv Prajapati, aged 30 years, resident of Karhi Pawai police station, Civil Lines, District Satna (M.P.), after confessing to the incident, was arrested and presented before the Honorable Court, who was sent to jail by the Honorable Court.
