Champaran, Police foiled murder conspiracy in East Champaran, Motihari. A conspiracy was being hatched to murder a very influential person in Pakdidayal sub-division area of East Champaran district, but a young man who was showing his dominance by displaying weapons through social media was arrested. Police arrested three other youths with weapons. Two country-made pistols, four live cartridges, four stolen bikes, two mobiles, number plates of several vehicles and four keys have been recovered from the arrested youth. The arrested youth have a criminal history. Police are interrogating these criminals so that other members of their gang can be arrested. Making a video with a weapon was costly, SP Kantesh Kumar Mishra said that on March 1, a video of a young man demonstrating a weapon had gone viral on social media. To identify and arrest the youth, a team of Pakridayal and Gadhiya OP police was formed under the leadership of Pakridayal DSP Subodh Kumar. The police team arrested the youth who displayed the weapon. Following this, three other youths were arrested with weapons, cartridges and several stolen vehicles.
