Shivhar, Shivhar MP Lovely Anand on Friday demanded in the Lok Sabha from the Industry Minister of the Government of India to start the long-awaited Riga Sugar Mill of his area. He said that due to this mill being closed for years, lakhs of farmers of the area are suffering losses and a large number of local laborers are migrating to other states for employment. As a result, development has almost stopped in Bihar's smallest district Shivhar. If the Riga Sugar Mill is started, a large number of employment opportunities will be available and the prosperity of the farmers will return again. Popular MP Lovely Anand said that the absence of industry in our area is also a major reason for backwardness and said that I will request the Industry Minister to set up a cement factory there so that the government will get revenue and the local laborers and youth will get a big opportunity for employment, which is very important.
