On the occasion of the consecration of Lord Shri Ram on January 22 in Damoh, Ayodhya, Dharmendra Singh Lodhi, Minister of State with independent charge of the state's Culture, Tourism, Religious Trust and Endowment Department, inaugurated the three-day leela by lighting a lamp in front of the picture of Goddess Saraswati. . A three-day Ramcharit Leela is being organized in the premises of the PWD department near Panchvati Siddhadham. The staging of Ramcharit Leela of about one and a half hour by 25 artistes from Jawalpur started at around 7 o'clock on the first day and continued till 8:30. In which the birth of Hanuman ji, swallowing of Sun by Hanuman ji, attack of Braj by Indra, meeting of Sugriva, search of Mother Sita, burning of Lanka etc. were staged. Apart from SDM Brajesh Singh, District CEO Manish Bagri, CMO Prem Singh Chohan, Police Station Incharge Famida Khan, Municipal Council President Suresh Jain, Divisional President Govind Yadav, Vice President Lakshmi Namdev, Murat Singh Thakur, Vipin Ghoshi, Vivek Jain, Somnath Soni, were present in the program. Apart from Anup Singh Lodhi, Chenat Jain, Rajeev Jain, Satendra Jain, Rashmi Sahu, public representatives, distinguished citizens of the city, officers and employees were present.1
