Lalbarra, hurt by the words spoken by District Panchayat Vice President Kishore Paliwal on 26th July, an urgent meeting was organized on 30th July in the Tehsil office by the Patwari Union, RI and Tehsildar, in which Tehsildar Sanjay Baraskar, RI and Patwari Union of Kanki and Lalbarra and District Panchayat Vice President Kishore Paliwal,
Zahid Khan District Panchayat member, along with other public representatives were present.
In the said meeting, the Tehsildar, RI Patwari Sangh and the employees were seen to be indignant towards the District Panchayat Vice President Kishore Paliwal. They said that we stay in the field and give our services honestly and if someone says this to us then how will we work and such indecent words do not suit a public representative. Then a mutual discussion started and after that District Panchayat Vice President Kishore Paliwal expressed regret over the words said earlier and then the matter was settled. At the same time, we would like to inform you that on 26th July, SDM Varasewani had held a meeting of Patwari Sangh, Panchayat Secretary and RI and Tehsildar and employees of other departments in the Janpad Panchayat Auditorium. After the meeting was over, Janpad Panchayat Vice President Kishore Paliwal had said that he would slap the Tehsildar under the ear and asked the Patwaris to stay within their limits, due to which the Patwari Sangh and Revenue Inspector had given an application to register a case in Lalbarra Police Station. Then the Sangh had even complained about it to the Collector, which created a lot of ruckus. Then in a hurry, Janpad Panchayat Vice President Kishore Paliwal united his Janpad member colleagues and public representatives and on 29th July, by calling some media personnel in the Rest House of Lalbarra, organized a press conference and expressed regret and took back his words, but the Patwari Sangh, RI and Tehsildar were not satisfied. They wanted that whatever was to be discussed should be discussed face to face, on which they have agreed and now they do not want any further action. They say

On 26th July, a joint meeting of Patwaris and RIs was held by SDM sahab in the district office. After the meeting was over, we were questioned by the district vice president regarding a piece of land. During the same time, the district panchayat vice president Kishore Paliwal said that all Patwaris, you people should stay within your limits, otherwise I will come to your tehsil and beat up your Tehsildar. This kind of abusive language was used due to which a memorandum was given by the Patwari Union to the police station for taking punitive action and the Tehsildar Union also gave a memorandum for this. During the press conference, the district panchayat vice president Kishore Paliwal apologized that whatever I said, I take back my words, the hurt that our self-respect was caused by this was not fulfilled. Today he should come himself and express regret. Apology was made in front of all the Patwari employees, since our union has also submitted memorandums at the state level, we will tell our executive, whatever guidelines we get there, the Patwari Union is also ours and our expectation will be that there should not be such a confrontation with the public representatives. Government employees should get support from public representatives.

Sanjay Baraskar Tehsildar

Regarding the incident that happened four days ago and what was said by Kishore Paliwal, he first apologized to the media, in front of the media and accepted his mistakes. Today, in front of us, Tehsildar sahab, RI sahab and the entire family, he accepted his mistakes and regarding demarcation, he gave a public statement that there was an application for demarcation in 2017. As per the information, no application for that application is pending till now. So, such false statements should not be given. He has now accepted his mistake. Therefore, now we do not want any further action. On one hand, you are the public representative, we all work together. In future, we will expect from the public representatives that whatever comes up, they should get complete information about it and only then give a statement and speak the words properly.
