Shivpuri, Sunari Chowki Police under Karaira police station area of ​​Shivpuri district has recovered 18 stolen motorcycles and arrested three clever thieves.

Karaira police received information from an informer that three persons are going to sell two motorcycles near Mangala Mata Tiraha in Sunari Chowki area. On the information of an informer, the police set up a checking point and when two motorcycles were seen coming, seeing the police, the three criminals started running away on the motorcycles. The police chased and caught all three criminals and interrogated them. All three were seen giving vague answers. Then the police suspected that both these vehicles were stolen. The police took all three along with the two motorcycles to the police station. When all three were interrogated strictly, they confessed to being stolen, and also admitted to stealing 16 other motorcycles from various places such as Shivpuri, Narwar, Gwalior, Jhansi and Nashik, Maharashtra. The police recovered 16 other motorcycles from the place mentioned by the accused. The police recovered 18 motorcycles worth about Rs. 11 lakh 80 thousand from the accused and registered a case under sections of theft.
