But we do not know that the dealers to whom these agencies give the responsibility of selling their vehicles, the customers may have to pay a charge higher than the printed rate in the name of free servicing. Because a similar case has come to light regarding the robbery of a customer at Mahika TVS agency operating in Maihar. It is said that when the customer went to the agency for the second servicing of his two-wheeler, first of all the employees working at the servicing facility did the servicing in a careless manner and took more time, and when the customer had to pay the bill, he was made to pay by giving a bill higher than the printed rate. When the customer sought information about this at the cash counter, the matter was put off by saying that at present the rate list of the mill has increased a lot, therefore you will be charged more. Which is a huge loot in the name of customer convenience because it can become a business of making any customer pay more bill every day, if Mahika TVS agency keeps looting its customers by charging more than the printed rate, then every customer of TVS two wheeler running in Maihar area will have to become a victim of loot, hence it is requested to the Maihar Police Administration that after investigating the above matter from the dealer of Mahika TVS Agency, please take appropriate action and punish them.
