Motihari, An oil tanker overturned in a road accident in Motihari. After which there was a loot to get free oil. Actually, an oil tanker and a truck collided near the bypass road of Raxaul. The oil tanker overturned three to four times, broke the railing and went under the road. As soon as the tanker overturned, oil started leaking on the road. As soon as the villagers saw this scene, they took advantage of the opportunity and looted the oil fiercely.

There was such a competition to loot that people brought utensils and boxes from their homes and started running after filling oil. Whoever could get hold of as much oil, looted it and disappeared from the spot. During this, some were seen filling oil in buckets and some in plastic cans. Whoever got hold of whatever, filled it with oil and quietly left for home.

The tanker full of oil was going from India to Nepal. Then there was a fierce head-on collision between the oil tanker and the truck on the Raxaul bypass. As soon as the news of oil leaking from the tanker spread, there was a race among the people to loot the oil.
